These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bji88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bji88 website located at bji88.one, including all content, features, games, betting markets and services available through it. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the Platform. The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through bji88. All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated:

• 2Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your gaming balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit depending on your issuing bank.
• 3The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 3 business days for card-based methods, subject to KYC verification being complete and the withdrawal passing bji88's internal review.
• 4Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This is a fraud-prevention measure. bji88 reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawal requests that cannot be returned to the original payment source.
• 5bji88 reserves the right to delay, suspend or cancel any withdrawal request that triggers an internal fraud or anti-money-laundering alert, is subject to an active dispute, or relates to an account under investigation. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bji88. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• 3Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner, including tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• 4Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or theft. bji88 will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• 5Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions or software vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings or advantages not ordinarily available through normal gameplay. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.

All content on the bji88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, code and databases — is the intellectual property of bji88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bji88.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bji88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure, even if bji88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bji88's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bji88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bji88 makes every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability, scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work and circumstances beyond bji88's control — including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, and actions of third-party service providers — may result in temporary unavailability. bji88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via the Platform where practicable.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

bji88 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. bji88 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and, where you have consented, to send you promotional communications. bji88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. The following provisions govern termination:

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after deducting any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and the withdrawal terms set out above.
• 2bji88 may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive; or your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months and has a zero balance.
• 3Upon termination for breach or fraud, bji88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, void any pending bets or transactions, and recover any amounts previously paid to you that were obtained as a result of the breach or fraudulent conduct. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party prior to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact bji88 at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bji88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bji88 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. If the changes are material, bji88 will endeavour to provide notice via your registered email address or via a notification displayed when you next log in to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and close your account in accordance with the termination procedure set out above.
